In March 2023, Billy Aspey, Director of MAC Construction, embarked on an extraordinary journey to Everest Base Camp. His mission was to support the Wigan Youth Zone’s “10 For The Next Gen” campaign, aiming to raise vital funds. Despite the challenging conditions, including high altitudes and freezing temperatures, Billy successfully reached the base camp on April 4th. This inspiring achievement not only highlighted his personal resilience but also reinforced MAC Construction’s commitment to community and youth empowerment. Billy’s trek raised over £10,000, significantly contributing to the campaign.
